The barn swallow is a bird of open country that normally uses man-made structures to breed. It builds a cup nest from mud pellets in barns or similar structures.

A beautiful white-tailed deer button buck turns to glance across the Jordan Creek as if to say “Here’s looking at you, kid” before leaving to continue his trek through the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, Pennsylvania on a late May evening.
