Bridges In Tandem ...

A view of the historic Northampton Street Bridge, commonly called The Free Bridge, with the Delaware River Toll Bridge in the background. Both span the Delaware River between Easton, Pennsylvania and
Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The Free Bridge was completed in 1896 and survived the damage from massive flooding from Hurricane Diane in 1955. It underwent a thorough restoration in 1990.
