Doe Of A Midsummer Night ...

“If we can teach people about wildlife, they will be touched. Share my wildlife with me. Because humans want to save what they love.”
                         ~ Steve Irwin
                               ~ 1962-2006
My favorite white-tailed deer doe pauses from grazing as she watches me walk up the hill to give her an apple – or two! – on a beautiful July evening in the park.

I’ve been blessed to photograph this doe and her fawns since 2012, and it’s a true joy to me personally and as a photographer.

Summer Picnic Video ...

The beautiful, sweeping "Love Theme From Picnic" by George Duning from the wonderful 1955 film "Picnic" sets the mood for this celebration of summer showcased in my original photos.

My greatest joy as a photographer is harmonizing my favorite original photos to create a lingering snapshot of the season ... Enjoy!
